Jeremy Johnson
I retired from the military after 20 years of service in the USCG and Army NG. I was an infantryman, a telecommunications specialist an operations specialist and USCG chief. I worked with classified information and advanced computer systems. I worked tirelessly to analyze and make effective quick decisions as a search and rescue command duty officer and instructor.
My passion for real estate and finances kept me interested through out my career and culminated in starting my first Real Estate Investment (REI) LLC during my last tour. I use the dedication and desire to learn, nurtured from my military career, to bring a unique skill set into REI. I look for opportunity, analyze meticulously, and deal with adversity as it comes.

What we look for in a property
The properties we target are simply unloved properties.
We focus on 4 Br SFH, with fenced in yards in working class neighborhoods. We strive to be a pet friendly rental for a number of reasons. By having SFH for larger families, being pet friendly and great leasing options we see less turn over in rentals than a standard 3 Br SFH.
We also target Multi family residences.
We look for possible long term friendly multi family rentals. We focus on duplex or larger that are a minimum of a 3br per unit. This lower turnover increases cash flow, minimizes risk and works best for the tenant. We use durable materials in our rentals and keep up on all required maintenance to minimize our capital expenditures on major ticket items.
We also target Commercial properties
We look for distressed and undervalued apartment buildings. We prioritize larger units with 2+ bedrooms. We strive for pet friendly buildings with outdoor areas. Our financial screening criteria is available for interested investors.
